F.A.I.R. is an abbreviation for Free Authentic Integration Release. The method itself is easy, practical, and dignified. There are no cathartic moments or emotional outbursts. It is confidential – the client expresses only his personal perspective and is not obligated to reveal intimate details of their life, their internal process, or the problem is solved. The process can be conducted by anyone who carefully follows the guidelines given in seminars/webinars.
F.A.I.R. Transcendental technique is not just effective for long-term problems, but it can also be used as an emergency intervention for stressful situations, allergies, and psychosomatic diseases. This technique helps clients understand the conscious and unconscious games they have been playing with themselves and others, and helps them integrate these charges to break free from negative patterns.
During the process, only key content is presented as answers to specific questions in the practice, there is not much storytelling, and answers are brief and summarized. This is far from traditional clinical psychology therapy, where the client endlessly talks about the problem. As Nikola Tesla said: “Each time you talk about something, you are giving it new energy, so the story/trauma keeps on growing, developing and not only that the old energy of the event is still present, it becomes empowered, stronger and firmly established in our psyche.”
By integrating past traumas, resolving anxieties and fears, and transforming relationships, clients can experience authentic love for themselves and others, and live a happier and more fulfilling life.
The technique is practical, usable, predictable, easy to apply to oneself and others, and does not require any prerequisites. The session aims to help clients achieve immediate results, gain freedom from compulsions, and lead a “drama-free” life with increased energy and time. The changes in the client’s life are expected to be profound, substantial, and sustainable.
The F.A.I.R. TT method is a therapeutic approach that aims to help clients solve primary problems as well as additional, more important, and urgent issues that arise during the session. It is based on the idea that suppressed subconscious content can be revealed and that this content is often related to the client’s current problems and experiences. The method aims to help clients achieve immediate results, gain freedom from their compulsions, and lead a “drama-free” life with increased energy and time. The changes in the client’s life are expected to be profound, substantial, and sustainable.
Throughout the F.A.I.R. TT session, clients not only solve a primary, chosen problem as well as additional imperative and more crucial issues that rise up in one session. During the process, suppressed subconscious content emerges that may relate to other problems with additional, and sometimes, more important and urgent issues that need resolution. A web of subconscious content is woven and revealed. Often, in this web of subconscious content, the cause of the current painful experiences, is hidden, and has profound impacts on the client, yet is beyond their awareness. Session participants get immediate results and will be set free from your dominating compulsions. After the integration of energy and emotional charge from their issue or goal, their unconsciousness will no longer play its hidden games. And then they will achieve a “DRAMA-free life” while experiencing an astounding increase in energy and time, which otherwise is wasted on subconscious psychological games and patterns that plague us without us being aware of it. The changes in one’s life become profound, substantial, and sustainable.
Complex emotional issues can generate negative and overbearing limiting beliefs and feelings that can diminish self-esteem and form unwanted behavioral patterns, and unpleasant physical sensations, and negatively impact lives in myriad ways like self-defeating, self-destructive, devastating, disempowering sabotaged irrational postulates from the past. In short, quality of life can be profoundly impacted by unprocessed emotions and negative experiences.
One of the key aspects of the F.A.I.R. Transcendental technique is that it addresses childhood traumas and unresolved relationships with parents and the higher self. By exploring and resolving these issues, clients can better understand the constructs that have shaped their relationships and experiences. Through the session, they transform these relationships and gain a deeper sense of self-love and acceptance.
This is not a motivational, inspirational, or otherwise “fluffy” seminar. Rather, it’s a hands-on learning process where students are coached to learn methods and then apply them right away, solving subjective issues, and even treating family, and friends. Students who will attend our program will be certified and can do this professionally.
After each session, there is a boost of additional energy, released through integration of repressed emotions, beliefs, goals, and so on… Repressing emotions consumes a lot of energy. The usual consequences of that repression are chronic fatigue, consumption of supplements and vitamins, and obsession with external stimuli that would take our attention to something else, just to name a few. The effort it takes to hold material in the subconscious mind is similar to the effort it takes to keep the floating object under the water ; we use energy to restrain the energy of repressed elements. In the moment the repressed material is released, we experience the feeling of ease and freedom as well as power since the energy that we used thus far is now available to utilize for finer things in life.
This technique was brought to life “accidentally”. Tatjana Milana was a medium for it. One random morning she woke up with a completed technique in her head, which she then wrote it down on a piece of paper, and later showed it to her associates. She offered 100 free sessions to her students in order to create a case study. Over 300 people applied with more than 90,000 sessions completed within a 6-month period of time, with the result of 100% success. The technique was created spontaneously, although it has some resemblances of various other techniques, such as: PEAT, Somatic therapy, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Clinical psychology, hypnosis and some other psychological techniques. FAIR technique generates new insights, goals, identifications, losses and gains, limiting beliefs, different points of views, and intentions and more things that complete this practice. F.A.I.R. TT is based on the integration of the content that came out as a result of the perfectly timed (clinical psychology) questions. The same content, once the therapy session is completed, is read again to the Client, all the way until it is integrated and there is no charge left at all. When the charge is neutralized, the problem does not exist anymore.
“Discharging an emotion” is a term that was used mostly by Freud. Emotional Charge is a physical energy. E- motion means, “Energy in Motion”; It is the energy of the emotion – which has its own volume, intensity, and frequency. The Charge is an action that has velocity and momentum. Each Emotion has a different wavelength of the same Energy… “Emotional Energy” and “Mental Energy”…
The events themselves have no energetic effect on us. Our energy is increased or drained solely by the feelings and sensations we generate by interpretations we give to these events. Based on our perception and filters through which we view events and repressed content, we give a meaning to events happening in our life, as the events have no significant meaning until we give them our own personal interpretation.
Emotional charge is the repressed content in a form of an energy that has been pushed through certain defensive mechanisms into our energetic system. The content remains blocked in the energetic body.
Many people may not even realize they are emotionally drained because they have suppressed and repressed content and that they allowed their emotions to go unrecognized and unresolved.
In addition to holding in feelings and suppressing or repressing emotions or thoughts, ruminating about negative experiences and thoughts can drain emotional energy. Someone who thinks over and over about something that hurt them or considers possible negative outcomes is harming their energy level. People who hold onto old pain or haven’t resolved issues from the past may also be depleting their emotional energy. People with drained emotional energy may complain that they feel tired all the time or dull and lethargic.
Emotions are an energy signal at a frequency we feel, and interpret and call an emotion. Every emotion has different frequencies.
The brain is Electro-Chemical. Emotions seem to come from the central part of the brain, the Limbic System. The Amygdala has antenna-like nodes at the ends. The right side is negatively charged. The left side is 50/50 positive and negative. Maybe that is why it is easy to be negative. Buddhist Monks have shown with meditation, that they can change the Amygdala to being totally positive on both sides… Charge is hardwired into our brains…not just chemicals, or structures.
Chemistry is an energy also. Chemistry can produce 10-12 watts of electricity in our brains. Chemistry can create 5 or more types of energy. Pressure, as with an expanding gas. Heat, and light, and electricity, as in a battery, and Sound. Some chemical reactions can “hiss”. It is called “Chemical Energy”… “The Charge”,
“Charge” as a term means; “The energy load of something… on something”… it is an expression of the energy in, of, and behind, or on… something.
As if disintegrating, what is left is love and peace.. everything else is constructed that in order to be alive has to have energy and emotional charge.. The only thing bothering a person, is the negative charge of things.
The reality around us is factual and unemotional. You label reality with subjective emotions originating in your brain. Thus, the emotional energy is controlled by our brains. By tapping to certain emotions, we can significantly increase or decrease our body energy level.
Very few people carry a basic understanding of how emotions work, while the rest believe what an emotion is, is actually the sensation of energy running through our body. This is usually felt as a contraction, tension, or on the other side, as an expansion or peacefulness. In Latin, emotion “emotere” literally means energy in motion: E-MOTION. This can be easily understood if we look at the spiral effect of the emotional scale. Upward spiral correlates with expansion, and higher frequency emotions like joy, peace and happiness. Downward spiral means contraction, spasm and it is related to lower vibrational emotions, like fear, anger, rage, and stress.
The emotion itself has a neutral charge, it is the feeling and a physical reaction that makes it positive or negative The feeling is what we are labeling as anger, sadness, fear, joy or happiness. When we think about interpretations of emotional energy, this is the way it makes sense. We use emotions as a vessel-translator for a whole spectrum of feelings. To understand that emotions are energy, implies that they are fluid, in motion, in constant movement, or at least they should be, they are movable resources with the intention to feel and release contrary to being repressed and neglected. Repression creates great tension and charges that we keep trapped in ourselves, refusing to confront it.
Integration of the emotional charge releases the energy that was previously used for suppressing or repressing the content into our subconsciousness;
There were a few crucial discoveries that significantly changed the way we comprehend the relation between the emotional and analytical brain. Emotional brain carries many more neurological connections with the analytical brain than vice versa. Emotional brain has connections with each and every part of the brain, while the analytical brain does not. The result of these tests brings us to a conclusion that the emotional brain has executive order inside the brain. It affects decisions, the way we think, memories and current experiences and how we take them. Every decision is made in the emotional brain, only after that the analytical brain is turned on to justify and rationalize the same decision. The most challenging repressed emotions transform physical sensations, pointing out towards limits that were based exclusively on the thoughts. Sensory and emotional information are marked in the memory; thoughts and observations. Chronic stress often results as building up energy that inhabits the body, where it can remain repressed, which can be felt as contractions. The process of reconnecting with our physical feelings and emotions requires dedication, time and energy, especially if it is done forcefully. That is because the continuous stress divides you from your inner experience, as a form of protection from the powerful repressed feelings and emotions. The built-up energy is expressed in a process of release through physical sensations as well as emotional release, or in the F.A.I.R. TT process, through acceptance and integration of the repressed content. Feelings of expansion and renewed life energy that are liberated during the session, during which we also install new desired characteristics and form permanent sensation of contentment by strengthening the neurological compounds related to happiness.
Given the fact that emotion is Energy In Motion, which when repressed is trapped within us, has a purpose to flow from its creation towards integration. Our own constructs -block the flow, refusing to experience them, or to be identified with them, because of our beliefs of who we actually are, so that they remain harbored inside of us, not allowing them to continue their path towards integration. Most people prefer to use their mind to analyze, think and talk about how they feel. Although to start, this approach could lead to a certain level of realization and understanding, in the long term it is not efficient. Actually, it leads to creating even stronger charges [increasing the volume of charge] on the same content, making the process of controlling, directing, and expressing emotions even more difficult. This way of expression is maintained on the level of thoughts, versus what it should be, to really feel the emotion and its flow. To be able to successfully express your emotions, emotional energy needs to be activated by identifying sensations and releasing the contractions in the body through the F.A.I.R. TT process.
